Corwin Kwan has been enamoured with the culinary arts from the age of 14. Equipped with training from Vancouver Community College in the Culinary Arts and Food and Beverage Management programs, he had moved through the ranks of The Sizzler, Red Robin, Milestones, and The Rainforest Cafe, finally arriving at the Jericho Tennis Club. Realizing that his heart called for him not just to cook, but to create dishes for people, and see their enjoyment firsthand, he moved out of the traditional confines of the kitchen into the world of catering.
Specializing in the vibrant and diverse West Coast style, he adds his own Asian flair, gleaned from cooking traditional dishes at home. Corwin's true passion comes to life when working with his clients' thoughts and ideas and building an entire evening of unique culinary experience from them.
